How to find MAC Address in Windows 10 through command prompt?

In an earlier guide, we discussed how to ping in command prompt on Windows 10 PC. You can also find out your Mac address in Windows 10 using the command lines. Navigate to Start Menu >> All Apps >> Windows System >> Command Prompt. You can also right click on the Start menu, then find and run Command Prompt in Windows 10.

To find out MAC Address in Windows 10 through command prompt, you just need to type in ipconfig/all in the command line, then press enter key on your keyboard.

After that you will see the details of your internet protocol configuration in Microsoft Windows computer. Scroll down to locate your network adapter and look for the values besides to ‘Physical Address‘. To confirm which is your MAC address in command prompt, you can also confirm MAC address in the Network Connection Settings.

How to find MAC Address from Network and Sharing Center in Windows 10?

You can access the network connection settings in Windows 10 in different ways. Right click on the Start menu, then choose Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections. An easier way is to right click on the Wi-Fi icon on Windows taskbar, then choose Open Network and Sharing Center from the pop-up context menu.
