In an earlier article, we introduced the free SSL certificate for WorPress hosting. As long as you host your WordPress sites with Bluehost, you can get the SSL cert without any additional fee. The installation of SSL for your WordPress sites should be setup automatically in just a few minutes. We don’t need manually install the SSL for our sites, our web hosting service provider will do it for us. Sometimes however you may need to validate the SSL certificate installation for WordPress sites through email.
Select a validate email address which you have access to from the E-mail Choices drop-down list. If no such an email account associated with the domain has been configured yet, you can create one for free in less than one minute. You can find more about its free email hosting here. The validation email will be sent to the email address. Within that email, you can find a validation link as well as a code you’ll need for the link’s destination. After that click the Install button to add the free SSL to your selected domain or site.
Open your Inbox to find the validation email. Find and open the validation link in your web browser. And enter the validation code. Then hit the Submit button. Once you have completed the validation, the SSL certificate will be installed in a matter of minutes.You do not need to do anything now. Just check back later to see if your site is redirected to the HTTPS.
